Hey, I'm Chuy!

My name is Jesus Troncozo, but I go by Chuy. I’m 24 and was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. I work as the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications for Chick-fil-A, where I get to blend creativity with strategy to build connections and tell meaningful stories. I am currently in my final year of college at West Texas A&M University, majoring in Communications - PR, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Outside of work, I’m all about music, photography, reading, and traveling—anything that sparks creativity and lets me explore new perspectives. As the youngest with two older sisters and two nephews, family means a lot to me. This year, I’m pushing myself outside my comfort zone by training for a half marathon, a challenge that’s as much mental as it is physical. This blog is my space to share my journey this semester.
